New broom about to start, see how it sweeps, old one going into the bin. As for today, most people out between 7 am to 8am. Reading other peoples day we have it easy, To be totally correct there a few duties which are being totally shafted. There is no solidarity. :Boo hoo!

As the Ice did not clear till 1200 yesterday and the Managers did not send us out till 1130 and then only with packets - today was a killer - despite only taking 3 rows and packets, not sorting the 2nd phase or 2nd boxes and getting out at 8:30 - only just finished - Monday is going to be a Image
We get sent out in all weather, it is never too bad to go out.

I think that the mail centre managers need to get there act together. Why the hell are Mondays and Tuesdays on delivery so quiet ? Moya ( we want to be the best ) needs to sort them out.

Absolute manic day in f/c. Parcels stored everywhere and anywhere and sometimes in no order at all. Phew glad to have a day off tomorrow.

2nd time ever we have had deliveries suspended or delayed. Whole area was covered in black ice, and the rain was then freezing on to it - even the spikies couldn't cope with it.

A hire van covers my whole area every day loaded with amazons and other parcels,(could be yodel) ,then there's next vans, my hermes vans, city link, yodel , and more, we've had it now, still it makes my job easier!
But still why are the managers sat on their pcs every day from 9 til 1 . It's the managements fault that rm is dying. Get rid I say , managers out! :nana
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

During Xmas MCs process Outward mail before they start the Inward mail so if your local MC has a lot of outward mail the night shift might not even touch the Inward by the end of the night so it gets processed by earlies and lates and gets sent out to DOs the next day.

Been asked if I fancy a bit row 15 at Team Valley tomorrow which can only mean that the f*ckton of mis-addressed, mis-spelled and indecipherable Xmas cards I got today was just the start.
