Post by smok3y666 »

Anyone know if Parcelforce are getting the £100 bonus at Christmas that was mentioned as part of the pay deal not so long ago?

Both the Parcel Force boys and girls, and we Posties are being engulfed by packets/parcels this Chrimbo - hardly unexpected by, us... seemingly a huge surprise to middle management!... The thing that I find amazing is the number of DSA packets/parcels... Given the subsistence wages paid by the likes of CitiiLink & TNT, how the f**k is it cheaper to funnel them through us? Perhaps we're more efficient than the bosses would have us believe? £100? Cheap at twice the price! ;)

For those CWU represented grades in Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide who do not receive the Christmas bonus, the following will apply: they will either receive the ongoing £100 as a payment in December of each year, or alternatively both parties can agree separate arrangements for this ongoing payment.
Screwed over?
Of course if you guys don't usually receive a Christmas bonus and you were paid £100 in June then you've had it for this year already.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
