What a crappy day, lots of post, lots of packets (most of them seeming to be signed fors) plus the tosser who took my van for collections left it with no diesel ............ and with bags and trays in the back (and rubbish in the front)..............so, that actually resulted in me going over my time...........good job it was an easy Tuesday :nervous

Recordeds have shot through the roof for me over the past few months. Common practice for me to be taking 2 priority cards... We're still quite old school - PDAs for drivers only and using bag drops. We're a massive tenement area in Glasgow so you can imagine the 9 or 10am Saturday start and 2-3pm finish is a laugh at the controlled entries... "Front doors" are such a luxury up here... Our revision "crash team" seem to be doing very well at crashing our routes on our new sorting frames too. I followed the frame and went back on myself 7 or 8 times today. Clever that. :Applause

Precipitated upon from a great height all day. Bag box has a leak so had to deliver papier mâché bundles instead of books and DVDs. Overtime still being chucked about, too many jobs been cut to manage when we have bodies on the sick.

Was having a good day until I ran into the WCM person put in our office. How many times do I have to say name & shame boards will not be going on display :arrrghhh :arrrghhh
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Packets, it's a good job RM is all geared up for Christmas and all its packets :chuckle Our vans are already getting to the stage of not being able to get all the packets into them (and some of them are due to van share) so it's going to be an interesting Christmas :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle

Cold & wet. I had 6 lots of d2d which were only prepped into my frame yesterday after I'd gone out. Today I only took the d2d I had mail for & left the rest in. :whistle
