re: My point about the private sector

Post by F0zziebear »

This backs up my point that jobs in the private sector are paid less, have less protection (unions) and have fewer perks. It's a vicious cycle as your pension funds are invested in various companies. To make a return of that investment a company needs to make a profit. So the company makes a profit and money comes in the pension fund. Most of these companies (e.g. WH SMith) are now owned by shareholders. Some shareholders are large collectives such as pension funds who demand returns.

To come across like some a socialist the world needs to be fair I'm working class kind of approach is hypocritical when we are expecting to see money in our pension pot when we retire. If you think that is unfair then make sure you're pension provision is only being invested in ethically/morally correct organisations. If this is the case then I think you can harp on about how badly people are paid and treated in the private sector.

p.s. Those jobs will be snapped up quickly as we have a revolving immigration door policy so that low paid jobs are filled as us inidigenous peeps don't want to do these jobs, or if we're gonna consider them we want to be paid more to maintain our consumerist lifestyles!

Does this make me left-wing, right-wing? I have been accused of being all of these over the years
