Hi, been in the job 20 years, had some crap pay "rises" and some worse managers
it's time to stop the bosses destroying our lively hoods and our pensions. Come on Leighton - your a buisness man - if you don't honor your contract to us who will trust you next time?? :lfo

..... hello really. I have only just found out about this site, and from the little I have seen I think I may have come to the right place. This is just as a way of having my first stand on the soap box, so here goes.

We are fighting to stand still. You have to understand this. If you think we can make any major gains from this dispute, well, sorry but you are wrong. Believe me, standing still is the best we can hope for, and it is worth fighting for. If we don't, then Royal Mail will come back with bigger boots all the sooner.

Well it's getting late now and I am on earlies tomorrow so night night, and I will see you at the barricades.

:arrrghhh work to rule would it work ? no to many tare ass w*****s . starting early using own cars no meal relief ; killing the job for you and me .job and finnish has back fired becaused it has been abused :crazy: it drives me mad we:ve been stitched up with later starts to save money no other reason £££££££££££££££ ONE step forward get kicked 2 steps back .can we trust the union only time will tell but stay strong and we,ve a good chance .all the best POWER TO THE PEOPLE :wink:

My d.o.m just quit, talk about seagull bosses!
Work to rule would cripple my office, we've been on the "new" start times for weeks -
it was a nightmare, my shift finished 10 minutes before my kid leaves school. Lots of people were cutting of. Now we've got new start times again! guess what - we're starting a bit earlier!!!
