HR will be able to tell you from where the order came from as they are sent a letter and the details are entered onto your file (these words are from a man who has experience in such awful matters !)

Just look as the £1 admin fee as something like the surcharge when someone doesn't put enough postage on something.

Hi All have spoken to RM HR and its a scottish attachment of earnings which has been applied by RM to the WRONG PERSON !!! the fault of PSP apparently...cheque on the way ..thank you all for all your help

lol Ebbzie..wouldn't have needed a refund the wife would have killed me !!! Ajmrmb PSP is the new pay system they already messed up the wifes money (she works for RM too) they messed her total annual pay and gave her massive tax rebate then next pay she got £12.00 as they had put it right..its a total c**k up !!
