Will move this to your forum.

hi, its a deduction from earnings, relating to a court order, the admin fee is the amount that royal mail can charge for the order from the court, you should have been notified from the court about it, its normally for a fine payment of some sort

royal mail have to act on the court order, they have no choice its a legal order from the court

Hi ajmrmb ..again I haven't had any fines or court orders I am truly thinking that someone somewhere has messed up big style !! will have to wait till monday and will let you all know what it is, concern I have is that if it any of the above taken mistakenly how on earth do I get it back ???? do I have to contact any of the above agencies or do HR look to see how the mistake has been made ? keep you all posted and I thank you all for your help :pray

hi hope you get it sorted, royal mail only act from the court order, so if the court has made a mistake they will have to refund you, make sure you get it sorted because they might try to take another payment next month

The thing I'm worried about is how do I claim it back when I have no idea where to claim from ? lots of courts, and as you say maybe again next month ..big mess I think !!
