Not Receiving pay slips and paying me wrong amounts.

So last week i only got paid half the amount owed to me from angard... i spoke to my manager and got told that the rest will be put in my bank today.
However i did not receive the money from last week, Nor did i receive a pay slip today... so i do not know how much should have been in my bank just for this week...
but i know i have not been paid the money they owe me from last week... So i got home after work, and decided to email angard about the issue... I basically wrote
what has just been written... And this is the reply i got.

Hi Ashleigh,
I can confirm that you were paid this week for 30 hours which is the total hours you worked weeks ending 5th and 12th October. You then had the faster payment, tax
and NI deducted from this which would leave you with your pay for the hours worked week ending 12th october and the remainder from last week.

I have got a bank statement stating exactly how much i got paid... and also have all the hours wrote down... what shall i do? As i Know i am entitled to this money.
I am growing tired with these endless problems with angard, they are just occuring almost every single week and is starting to become tiresome and an endless problem.

Plus I cannot get through to angard on their phones, as i refuse to ring their 0845 number...

Did you opt out of the on-line payslips by 5th October? If you did not opt out you will not be getting paper payslips anymore.

Has the e-mailing of payslips started yet? I did not opt out so was surprised when I recieved a paper payslip on the 12th, but this week I have had neither paper version nor e-mail.

Not sure - I opted out of receiving on-line payslips.

i didnt opt out but today i recieved my payslip with the pay from last week being added to my new payslip... however they then went on to deduct it again in the deductions, this is just getting stupid.

I would send them an e-mail with a list of your hours, week-by-week asking them to confirm they have the same from the site you're employed at.
Ask them (payroll team) in the e-mail to ring you to let you know when they will sort it out.

Then when they fail to sort it properly you can update your list and have a paper trail to keep on at them in the next weeks/ months.

My husband started working for Angard in April and has never received a payslip - paper or online. We have no idea how to check his rates of pay and they do not seem to be right. He emailed accounts a month ago but got no reply. Any suggestions for him? Thanks

I had trouble registering at first so I rang Angard on 0845 460 7318 explaining I was having trouble setting up my payslip account.

The chap on the phone set up an account for me and told me my username and then sent me via email my new password.

It was all sorted in about 5 minutes. I got the email and logged in straight away.

That's all you need to do.
