Been on the same duty for 4 1/2 years now, and made £420 last xmas.

Well you shouldnt miss out on D2D's as we are supposed to take 20% per day Mon-Fri so you should be able to claim the 20% you do that day, times that by 5 walks and there's your 100%.
Well in theory that's true but not in practice because on Saturday there would be no D2D consequently the rotation shift would only have 80% each.

I have done my walk for 4 Christmas in a row and I got exactly the same in the first year, as I've got every year so far.

I was only in my duty for 10 months last year but as i'm so bloody likeable..i pulled £320 quid and enough wine to open a brewery..but as i'm teetotal my day off cover got minted and pi**ed,then i went to all the other people who don't get tips ie..PHG,Reserves,night staff..even the dom and gave them all a bottle of xmas spirit..Nobody went without! can't get fairer than that.
