That was the benefit of seniority, in time all had their own duty. As it is now the bosses favourites get the good jobs. The bosses want us in fear so they can do as they please, favouritism is rife, bullying and harassment go unchallenged and unpunished.
Unless we all stand together our future is looking bleak but too many are selfish and will not sustain a WTR, strike action will fade away. For me, it's time to seriously look for another job.

Ah we rotation men work really hard too. Technically we get paid a lot less too, as we miss out on D2D etc.

Well you shouldnt miss out on D2D's as we are supposed to take 20% per day Mon-Fri so you should be able to claim the 20% you do that day, times that by 5 walks and there's your 100%.

Im sorry wilbur, i no you rot men work double as hard, with not knowing what your on and if you dont know the duty its stressful, i really dont know how you do it tbh, and i do see it from your side with the xmas tips thing, but some day you mite of had your own duty and done real well and worked hard and got a good reputation with all your customers and that . The job is not getting any better, i no equal rites and that but for a girl it hard enough and with having a duty you can maby work with and know how to when its heavy takes some of the burden away, but now its not going to be like that anymore. If you where my floater i wud be giving you a share of tips and i wud feel the rest shud do the same, they do that in my place .

Don't get any xmas tips working in 'callers', only thing we get is abuse off the public.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
