because its what the people recieving the mail have been asking us to do for ages, and during the trial out of 290,000 items delivered only 2 went missing, thats a pretty good success rate

They also stated that it didn't take any extra time and they had no negative feedback from employees and i happen to know that in the Edinburgh trial area at least...both of those statements are "factually incorrect".

when you say both those statements, do you mean "it didn't take any extra time and they had no negative feedback from employees" as both or "it didn't take any extra time and they had no negative feedback from employees" and "during the trial out of 290,000 items delivered only 2 went missing" as both?
The 2 out of 290,000...i have no idea but it's a suspiciously high number of items delivered to neighbours and an even more suspiciously low rate of losses.
Given that i know the other two statements are false i wouldn't bet my shirt that this one was the exception.
