just about to start work in Parcel Force through an agency.
Question or two: will I be a permanent temp or can I get direct some time?
What can I expect - parcels per day, hours, etc?

All depends if you have done multi drop before,they will start you off with mabye 30 drops a day and ramp it up depending how you go.Sadly most agency people stay that way but if you perform well and do a really good job and let your line manager know you want to stay then maybe just maybe you'll be unlucky and be kept on !
