Hello folks,
I ordered something from a german seller on eBay a couple of weeks ago and have been waiting for the parcel since then. It seems to have reached Langley and perhaps rested there for a few days, although the lack of tracking for incoming international mail makes it difficult to be sure. So far so normal, but the unfortunate fact is that I will be moving house tomorrow to India. I have set up RM forwarding to my dad's address from tomorrow so that he can let me know what I have forgotten to cancel etc.
Does anyone know what will happen to my (Deutsche Post, insured, signed for) international delivery if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow?
Thanks,
James

Assuming by RM forwarding you mean an official redirection then it'll be sent on to the new address. It might be worth popping to your local delivery office and reminding them you have a redirection starting now too, just to make sure.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Always been the case as far as I am aware. I would assume it is down to sizing issues.POSTMAN wrote:Never knew that, where's that from.and packets

It even says "Do not redirect packets" on the foreign redirection labels.POSTMAN wrote:Never knew that, where's that from.and packets
