Good day, and decent finish. Rained a bit but not too heavy.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Did a wee bit of overtime today. It was a gorgeous day here, full of sun, hot but not too hot, nary a cloud of note in the sky all day. That is, until I got halfway through my overtime. Out of nowhere, a thick, billowing black cloud appeared. The brightness of earlier was swallowed up into this mass, and all light and colour drowned. For about two minutes, and certainly no more than that, this cloud threw everything it had at the world. The size of the droplets was immense, they felt large enough that they might envelop me. For that two-minute spell I was attacked by wet and cold. When it was over, the cloud seemed to dissipate into nothing, the sky became peaceful, and it was all of a sudden hot and dry again. And by the time I'd finished my overtime, I too was dry again. It was odd, annoying, yet at the same time, delightful in that queerest of ways. I do enjoy rain, and there is a particular smell about rain on a warm day that gets into your nostrils and makes you feel really good about life.

Sadly a pants day all round
We were paying for that easy tue's. Shed load of packets with 2 full drop bags worth. Really annoying small jiffy stuff that i could not throw out, in fact i only off loaded one parcel out of the whole lot. No reg today but 15 rec's
It pissed down the whole delivery and i seemed to be writing out dockets every other house. In the end i just chilled down and plodded around the walk and ended booking 1hr 40min extended.
The guv lost his nerve around 1.20pm and put the remaning absorbtion out on OT, the flyers had already taken theirs

Very different day yesterday. Plenty on, 11 recorded items and a much later finish. Day off today.

Nice and warm today, about 25-ish here. Lightest Tuesday we've had in quite a while tbh, got finished an hour early.

Light day here, expect tomorrow to be heavy. I only had 3/4 of a box of mech (it was an easy round though). Temperature must have hit 28 here
