Loading and unloading CDV's

Hiya all, has anyone found any problems loading or unloading their mailbags and packets from the CDV's? The manual handling training goes out the window when we working with these, what the with over stretching to reach or place bags at the back of the van. A few posties have hurt their backs, but what other way is there to do this? Transit vans should have been the bare minimum for this type of job, at least you could climb walk in the back!

Your van should have a side door so one person can pick up their loops from the side door and the other person can pick up their loops from the back door

Your van should have a side door so one person can pick up their loops from the side door and the other person can pick up their loops from the back door

It does indeed have a side door, however you still have to lean and stretch across to get at the mail bags, also the bags tend to slide around and be all over the place when the van isn't jammed full.

The feckin doors won't stay open, safety hazard.
