It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

so how does this tie in with the ROYAL MAIL collections that ROYAL MAIL DO for Amazon sites at Doncaster, Rugeley, Milton Keynes, Swansea etc etc ? - ok Parcel Farce may have the contract but as a supposed separate company why are Royal Mail doing the collections ?

As well as RM and Parcelforce Amazon use at least half a dozen other couriers as well.

I may be wrong, but I do not think Parcelfore delivers accross the Uk directly, where they do not cover they pass onto RM and I think other to couriers if cheaper. I will stand to be corrected if wrong.
