I Don't agree with further industrial Action on the planned 2 day stoppages especially as we seem to be bringing the system to its knees by working to the 318's. But what is annoying and insulting to us all is the so called "lets stick together brigade" who tell you on the one hand work to the 318's but when your back is turned are performing their overtime within their duty hours. This overtime should be performed at the end of the duty. Management are turning a blind eye to this one as its in their favour. We are yet again our own worst enemy! Enemy at the Gates! Don't bother! We are already There. And the Enemy is ourselves.

welcome fatcat to the site,however we all have to stick together if we are going to survive this fight,and to be honest i think that every penny that can be squeezed out of rm helps our cause
