I recently purchased some goods on eBay and they were shipped to Bulgaria on 20/06. The seller gave me the following tracking number: LY792410215GB.
However, until today RM's site displays the following message:
"Information on your item is not yet available. If the Airsure® was posted today please note that there may be a delay before your item status appears in the system. If you have any concerns about your item, please visit http://www.royalmail.com/international" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;"
What's curious is that Airsure is not available to Bulgaria....
The alternative tracking http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; doesn't help either... The message is "Sorry, there has been a problem with reference number you've entered. Please try again."
I emailed RM's customer service on Monday, but there is no answer.
Could anyone help?
