Problem with a parcel

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased some goods on eBay and they were shipped to Bulgaria on 20/06. The seller gave me the following tracking number: LY792410215GB.

However, until today RM's site displays the following message:
"Information on your item is not yet available. If the Airsure® was posted today please note that there may be a delay before your item status appears in the system. If you have any concerns about your item, please visit http://www.royalmail.com/international" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;"

What's curious is that Airsure is not available to Bulgaria....

The alternative tracking http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; doesn't help either... The message is "Sorry, there has been a problem with reference number you've entered. Please try again."

I emailed RM's customer service on Monday, but there is no answer.

Could anyone help? :sad:

bsically means the number hanst been scanned anywhere.
could even not be posted yet
since you bought on eBay,then you are covered if theres no tracking to prove delivery.

With Airsure not being available to Bulgaria it'll make it as far as HWDC (the office that deals with all items leaving the UK) who will return it to the sender with a blue sticker on it saying service not available.
