There may be a small payment(around £100 pro rata) connected with a possible new,yet to be finalised productivity scheme.
So no...the shares are not back.
How exactly did you fight for the colleagueshare money?
they can stick it .... productivity my arse ... they are basically getting a second round of cuts for feck all

Re: shares are back
we were told today very briefly that we will be getting £100 pro rata in this months pay and that 'this will not be the only payment that we get'. My manager said she will explain in more detail next week in the WTL meeting

Re: shares are back
I heard from our union man that we are gettin £100 pro rata next week, £200 instead of £100 for christmas bonus as of christmas 2013 and that royal mail is getting valued by an outside source to find out if ( like we were told) the business is worth nothing. we will see???

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I think we were all brainwashed when this first came out .If we all worked together and abit harder we would all get a nice bonus ! Just like John Lewis staff getting £2000 to £3000 bonuses !

Only this time why not pay us up front in the hope that we make it as opposed to making it and hope for some reward?fishtank wrote:I think that will be the opening line for the next incentive scheme.somerset wrote:If we all worked together and abit harder we would all get a nice bonus

Re: shares are back
Just wondering if every employee gets this. I have worked for the Royal Mail from November 08 part time. Will I be entitled to the £100 pro rata in this weeks pay. Thanks

Re: shares are back
The only people that got £1300+ are the people that got paid off before the big changes came in. Then 2 weeks later the business was worth nothing, despite the amount of buildings/machinery etc that the company owns that apparently has no value at all, it must be all a mirage. Its high time we got what we signed up for in the 2007 pay deal. RM basically tore up that agreement that we went out on strike to get.

Re: shares are back
So, no sign of any t's being crossed, and i's being dotted? As Del Ametri said....."always the last to know" .......Surely the union must know something? At least a gesture of being kept up to date would suffice considering the fee's they get from us posties every week?
