3 month contracts
hi. been a postman for just under 3 years but keep getting 3 month contracts , does anybody no how long you have to be working for royal mail to have a permanent contract

You need to get your rep to contact your Are Delivery Rep. Current law says they have to give you a permanent contract after 4 years, however Royal Mail have an agreement with the Union that anyone completing 2 years will be offered a permanent contract, but some areas are ignoring it.
