Parcel for Finland stuck in UK depot ....

Hi all,

First post, so be gentle :-)

I posted a parcel to Finland on 12/4, using airsure. I was informed that the parcel has not yet been received and when I track it, I get the message that the parcel has been received on 12/4 in the international depot and made ready for posting. This is 10 days already! Should I start worrying the parcel is lost?
The person in Finland told me it usually takes 4-5 days for the tracking status to change, but so far it seems to be stuck in the UK.

When you did a track and trace on the item was it on the website of Finland's equivalent of Royal Mail?

I only tracked it on the RM site, as nothing shows up on the Finnish site.
Am getting really worried now.

I contacted RM, they think the parcel has left but has not tracked and told me to claim my loss in 20 days.
Is there any chance it will still arrive, or has the parcel mysteriously vanished.....

It may just turn up,or it has been delivered but hasn't been scanned in overseas,you could try and contact who you sent it to.
