Post by claireypoos »

Hi there, I went for an interview for postwoman with driving last tuesday 10th april. I havent heard anything yet and when i look online my status is ATTENDED INTERVIEW. Should I be concerned or is this normal? its been 6 days. The man who interviewed me said it could be upto 5 weeks before i hear but the document checker said I should hear at the end of the week or beginning of next week, im confused???

How long is a piece of string?
That is what it is like with the process to get a job with this firm.
Just hold tight, they wouldn't of forgot you, security checks can take about 3 weeks, then they are very slow in updating stuff and contacting you.

Good luck.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
