When old Post Offices die...................

Reading your posts about even more Crown Offices being converted into franchises made me wonder what has happened to all the old buildings.
Our old Crown Office in Woking closed in May 2008 and has been empty ever since.......
Until recently that is - just before the 4th anniversary of closure lots of hand written notices have appeared in the windows
Woking Post Office is now inhabited again - by squatters - frankly I am surprised that it did not happen years ago

So what is the update on the other ex Crown Office buildings? Are they decaying and empty or where they put to good use?
It's just the reason given for us being made redundant was that 'they' needed the building.........

The Mail Rooms, Ross on Wye
The Postal Order, Blackburn
The Last Post, Beeston
The penny Black, Bicester
The Arnold Machin, Newcastle under Lyme
The Poste of Stone, Stone
The Penny Black, Kidderminster
The Postal order, Worcester
and plenty more in the London area, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
