Privatisation

Post by coolasluck »

Quite interested to know what the more imformed may think.
I have been working for the royal mail now for the last 13 years and have been making plans to get out of the buisness before the business does more serious harm to my body.
I have been planning to leave next year but do not wish to leave without some sort of recompense,i would hate to leave and then miss out on some kind of cash sum.Maybe going long term sick ? :Very Happy

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Depends on what your job is, delivery, MC, driver, management, they all make a difference to how to get some money for leaving.
