An alternative to Colleagueshares is on it's way.
We are all friends together now.
It's all good in the hood as the youngsters say.
Haven't you noticed the number of Joint Statements popping up?
Moya and Dave are BFF(Best Friends Forever).
The fight is over..the war is won...it's time to move on.
Staff Association anyone? :whistle
Can't wait not to be paid for the alternative to the colleagueshare and waiting for the caveats in order to get it....................just how dumb do they think we are? :cuppa

Fish you are right as usual. These joint statements are also being strengthened by local joint agreements signed off at local level without any consultation with the membership. Trouble is the majority of staff have no interest, do not understand what is coming there way, and think everything is hunky dory. Staff association, I would like to think that would be a sound alternative to this messed up union, but unfortunately again it would be down to a few activists trying to get organised to represent what is in general an apathetic work force, interested only in matters that have immediate and direct effect on them, and no thought for those who are being victimised for trying to do the job properly and work to national agreements and the letter of the law.
