Just as I was expecting the " I really dont understand how the accident happened..." statement, after MANY explainations, it arrived.

My reply.... I did the "Not being a scientist who knows the co-efficiency of wet floors/RM shoes, I only know the FACT is, it DID happen" thing.

It's not improbable or impossible, it happened. Hard to believe, but...it did.

How do you convince people who are "Doubting Thomases" of the Facts/Truth when they have already made up their minds BEFORE you have opend yer mouth?
