OK, thanks. You did not cause rain, as you are not god. Very good point.

RM therefore is at fault as it is GOD and therefore caused the rain - do i understand correctly?

He's mate/family, Mates stand by u for anything.
Anything at all, its called Friendship, Loyalty.
Not many understand this.
Its only available to a Chosen Few.

Gota go, to sell his Merc's....
He says its worth it.
He'll just buy the newer version next.
( I still dont like it )

No arguement, just facts, in first post.
He seems happy in what Ive done/said and earlier when we spoke wanted to clarify the Legal aspect, which he did, with aplomb.
As a layman, its good to get Legal clarification of what u feel is Right, IS Right.

Gives u a nice warm feeling inside, or is that angina?!

facts are what#?

you feel you had accident.
you completed reporting paperowrk
your gp says you are not fit for work
you looking to pursue an unreasonable contact case as the employer wants you to come and visit them (even pick you up)
dont think you will get any legal support till a occupational advisor is involved, as its common knowledge an occupational advisor means more than gp
why cant you go in work for 2 hours?

the reason this chap cannot go into work for 2 hours is due to his injury and its an unreasonable request so soon after the injury

he is signed off work

the only thing he has to do reference the attendance procedure is to keep in regular contact by telephone as to when he will be returning to work

it just people should read the attendance procedure before passing comment

royal mail seem to make things up as they go along and fail to stick to exsisting agreements
