Yes Patsy, in a word it's anything over a year I think. I was only in the job 4-5 years and got mine. Would rather have my knees back tho :D

Pension is harder to get when you've been IHR. Depends on your condition of course. General knee/hip/back injuries, they say you are likely to work again, ie: You could take a desk job etc. Really depends on your own circumstances as to whether you will get pension or not, and this would be something that ATOS would recommend (or not)

I agree. totally disrespectful. I have been off work 11 weeks and thought I was having an ATOS phonecall to arrange some physio. Shocking treatment
