Tracking Status not Updating

Hi,

I posted a parcel to India on the 4th Feb, 2012 through International Signed for Delivery with the tracking number as RJ338735265GB.

Till date it has not reached it's destination. Also, the status on the RM website shows that it has reached New Delhi and is being processed. When I search for the parcel on the Indian Postal Services website, there are no results returned. It seems that the entry is not their database or is there no tracking available for international parcels once they leave the UK?

Can someone please tell me how can I find out the status of the parcel and know when it will reach. It is very urgent and important that it reaches by 28th Feb.

I would assume that DIMC is a mail centre
so how can they not have it,if it tracks on their site?
