No use going to the police at this stage they will not want to know anything about it until internal investigations are complete.

Re: Someone Having Fun With My Parcel's
Paypal proof doesn't prove they have gone missing as in the postman has nicked them though. You should raise an Item Not Received case for anything you've not received. Same goes for ordering anything from the internet, they have to be able to prove that you have received the items, not just that they have posted them.
Do you mind me asking where you're from? There are a lot of changes going on in RM atm which may mean your parcels are sitting in a york (trolley) somewhere awaiting delivery, these are low priority items in RM's eyes.
I find it very unlikely that any postie would nick 3 parcels from you just to repay your debt to a mutual friend.

This is what I was getting at... does the said postie post on this forum?! If not, or they don't know, why are they telling us this?!custard wrote:and who exacly is it aimed at?poostick1989 wrote:TeeferTiger wrote:So... you're on here telling us this, because? Poosticks, this is an unofficial forum for Royal Mail workers. If you've got a genuine question, then we'll try to help you. However, you've just come on here to make a statement which is really quite irrelevant to us. Unless, as I stated a moment ago, do you know for a fact that the person you claim is stealing/holding your packets to ransom, actually comes on this forum and therefore it's an open statement to them? If not, then why bother?! We can't help you I'm afraid!
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

You may have been told by a postie to post here for advice on this matter. However, given the attitude you are giving here it's hardly surprising that the posties aren't being very helpful.
Now, if I've read your posts correctly, these missing parcels are parcels that you were receiving not sending right? Then follow the advice I gave before. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. That way you will either get your money refunded or a replacement item sent. The contract is between the sender and Royal Mail. All you have at the moment is the word of the senders that items have been sent. If you believe that a postie is stealing, then of course you must report this. However, don't expect Royal Mail to be quick at sorting this out. If THEY believe a postie to be stealing or a lot of stuff has been going missing on his duty then they may hold an investigation.
As I said before, if the office is going through the revision process at the moment, then parcels are low priority. I certainly wouldn't have gone through yorks of unsorted parcels to try and find one for an individual during that time. It may help to know which part of the country you're in so one of the guys still working with RM will be able to check and see if this process is going on in your area.
If you feel you are not being treated fairly by RM it's them you need to contact. These forums are nothing to do with RM. Just a bunch of posties who use them to chat, help customers and help each other.
Do you see how a little punctuation can make a post easier to read? Even if it's not punctuated properly, breaking up the sentences with a space makes it much more readable.
Thnx

Naming anyone on here without their permission is against the rules, unless a publicly available link is provided. If you do name and shame them, and as your are accusing them of theft it would also be against the law for us to allow you to publish it - please bear that in mind.poostick1989 wrote:i don't want to name and shame yet only if i real have to he got till Wednesday next week for my goods to come here.fishtank wrote:If the office has problems it's possible that all three items are sitting in a neat pile waiting to get delivered.
Who do you think is stealing it..the m8 you owe the money to or your regular postman.
He would have to be pretty dumb to nick three things of the same customer.
