Just think of the girlies, its not just a wee we need to do, cant do that kind of thing in a field, or a van etc, that is a human right issue RM need to sort, unless they give us an operation, which would be against our human rights!! :arrrghhh

We don't need to go into the needs of women, we men represent 90% of the delivery workforce so we aren't going to be pandering to the minorities here - just get a larger bucket and one of those throw on the floor tent thingys which erect themselves................sorted :cool

Why should we have to keep an eye on what we drink before going out on deliveries? If we feel we need a drink to hydrate ourselves then we should be entitled to have one without worrying about needing a pee when we're out on delivery. It's up to the RM to build welfare facilities into our walks to ensure there are adequate places for us to take a Piss. To say someone has a weak-bladder or medical condition because they need to pee every few hours is utter rubbish. Places to pee should be listed in your delivery walk log and if there isn't a suitable place to go then you are entitled to return to the office!!!

Or alternatively the Engelbert song - Please Relieve Me, Let Me Go :whistle
"Today’s workplace has become heartless and soulless. Employees are seen as units of labour, automatons, functionaries, objects for achieving designated tasks, and as costs to be minimised."

Swedish Toilet Cartoon.jpg
A 13-day strike by 15,000 Swedish bus drivers won a pay rise and regular scheduled toilet breaks of between 6 and 15 minutes, depending on the length of driving time. The cartoon, published by the Swedish Municipal Employees' Union during the successful strike, says: "We believe this is the driver's seat of the future."

I think they have adopted that scheme on some of the buses I use to get out to my delivery - one good mark for CDVs.
