Hello,

Monday a package has been dispatched from London, Track&trace number: RJ843847G3GB

I can't track&trace this shipment on your website. Could you please check where this package is and when it will be delivered? I urgently need this item... Which company in The Netherlands is in charge of bringing this package to me?

I would try using twitter to contact royal mail - @RoyalMail

Also your tracking number is incorrect - it has a letter in where only numbers should go and and also if this is typo there is still not enough numbers. All tracking number have 2 letters 9 numbers and then GB to indicate country.

IE LL XXXX XXXX XGB

you need the correct tracking number
your item will be delivered by your postal service
