Not sure if this is a medical Problem .I know lots of guys ,with the urgent need of a Toilet when its IPS time,Trying to get in to the toilets during IPS ,always well busy for some reason .

Also Again unsure if its a medical condition ,some guys just have no idea what the managers mean by sorting time, many are so confused they just carry on preping their own walk or in severe cases need the toilet and then return to prepping their walk.

What is this condition called ?

As for Toilet breaks on your walk, most guys I know have favourite spots!

surely by now RM should have arranged for us all to be fitted with catheters to save us having to find a toilet so we can spend more time at our frames and out on the road without the discomfort of a full bladder.

Dont think this will happen until next uniform trousers issue
which will have a pocket on the right leg into which a bottle
will be placed and connected to aforementioned catheter
Maybe some of the WCM Hobbits could find an answer to
this problem more urgently though :hmmmm :hmmmm

Usually that's enough.
If i needed to go i would go.
If it meant a 10 minute drive so be it.
I wouldn't pee in a bottle or in some farmers field.

\surely this is the only comment that is acceptable!
No wonder so many revisions go wrong if this basic human right is ignored by staff! almost as bad as starting before your time.
In most instances if you drink the correct amount of fluids/day (minimum 2.5 litres/day sedentry lifestyle) you would need to go once, probably twice during a four hour delivery. If that means returning to delivery office for a welfare break built into duties then surely everybody recognises the importance of this issue? Why would you want to restrict essential fluids in order to avoid or extend the need to pee? Royal mail managers must be having a right laugh. Nobody is going to get conduct code or sacked for this basic human right so use it to your advantage!!

Well it's a simple solution when you get to a certain age, you just do it in your pants, everyone expects old people to stink of p*ss and cooked cabbage, a not too dissimilar aroma.
