we have indications in our office of a 10 hour duty span proposed for css machines on nights
does anybody know if that breaks any health and safety regarding length of duty on these machines?
i know its 2 hours on maximum but is there a maximum length of duty on them?
thanks

Re: css machine duty length
We do 4 x 9hr 45min shifts, fixed Mon night - Thursday night (39 hour week for f/t CSS staff). Weekends are covered by 2 x p/t working 9hr 45 per night and 2 duties on S/A. We also do alternate batches, so a max time on the machine of approx 45 minutes, then the same doing IPS.
