Re: still not been paid anything
Still no money! What a total utter joke! Going to phone them shortly. Also need to find out about holiday pay I don't understand it and I've only been paid 10 hours holiday pay!

Re: FRIDAY 13TH JAN PAY?
Spoke on phone to very polite woman who advised all pay queries had been resolved and any payments due together with holiday pay for those on short term contracts would be paid automatically next friday 20th. P45s would also be sent out next week.
Wonder if this will happen or just another stalling tactic.... we will see ET1 put on hold till then

"It will be sorted on the 6th."
"It will be sorted on the 11th."
"It will be sorted on the 13th..."
And now... "It will be sorted on the 20th."
Wake up, for flip's sake. It's all LIES! It's all stalling tactics! It's all Angard!

I wouldn't bother putting it on hold. File it, then if they pay, presumably it can be withdrawn? I need to look into it myself.jaygee800 wrote:Spoke on phone to very polite woman who advised all pay queries had been resolved and any payments due together with holiday pay for those on short term contracts would be paid automatically next friday 20th. I was going to phone them this afternoon for another round of me asking them questions, and them fobbing me off with lies, but I really can't be bothered to deal with the usual "oh who did you contact? we don't work in the same office.. // we don't have those details // I've been advised it'll all be done by tomorrow/this afternoon/monday/friday lunchtime/some other random made-up time" crap at the moment.

Re: FRIDAY 13TH JAN PAY?
I was promised this would be resolved by 11th January, however I recieved a statement from Angard dated 13th Jan 2012 summarising the incorrect hours and telling me that the balance of what they owed me is zero. I had attached a spreadsheet showing all my hours worked, what they actually paid, what their statement showed, calculations. Not one single week is correct and it is clear that they have not even looked at the pay query I submitted by email. I was advised to do this by the call centre staff who were very polite but no help at all.
I recieved my last pay on 30th Dec and I calculate that I am still owed £213.50. Why do Angard advise us not to contact Royal Mail Management when they are unwilling or incapable of resolving the issues themselves?

Re: FRIDAY 13TH JAN PAY?
I am also in the same situation. I was told the same when I phoned the pay number on Fri Jan 6th. I was on the phone for 12 mins telling the woman the dates & hours that I had worked. She took a mobile number & said that they would pass on the info, check timesheets & contact me later. I was promised that it would be resolved by 11th Jan! I didn't believe it, of course! Pay day is Friday & nothing happened. I am owed nearly £300 + hol pay. On Saturday, I got the Payroll Statement, & it's just as though they have ignored everything I told them. They haven't checked timesheets. I am about to email them.

Re: FRIDAY 13TH JAN PAY?
Finally received my payslip for last Friday. As usual it's the same utter garbage that they have sent on previous weeks. Wrong hours, wrong payrates.... holiday pay included for some reason but at almost double the hours I was due. No problem, NET deductions amounting to over £415, leaving me the grand total of 3p! It's almost incomprehendable how they can get something so spectacularly wrong isn't it?!
As of this Friday they will owe me NET £443.07 + £143.95 holiday pay. Chances of seeing any of it before I get on a plane to Australia on the 31st seem slim at best. If I have to get up there in the middle of the night to phone them, believe me, they'll be getting billed for the cost of calls.

Please read other posts about what others have done... some have sent contact to the Chief Executive of Royal Mail, some have completed an Employment Tribunal form ET1, some have gone to the small claims court, some are taking legal action via no win no fee lawyers etcxxpurplerainxx6 wrote:it is now the 17th of January and i have still received no pay and no reply from angard i keep ringing but it does no good i am getting to the point that i really dont know what to do i am getting desperate
