i think just a regular casual coz i sent off my part of the contract sign and dated and they said they would photo copy it and send it back with my i.d soon i would get a call with my start date???Verging wrote:Were you being taken on as a Christmas casual or a regular casual?

I went to an interview early December, having rushed around and get all my papers signed and witnessed and paid for passport photos etc., got a provisional offer to work at Mt Pleasant and advised that will get the official letter and times soon. Waited for 2 weeks and then got in touch with Angard around 7-10 times.
Eventually on one occasion I got someone who advised me that it would appear that they could not read the copy of my Visa Papers so could I go to one of their offices for verification which is in Camberwell and they also gave me a contact name. Dashed off to Reed in Camberwell with passport etc and the contact there said that they had no idea why Iwas there etc. However they did copy my papers again.
Rang Angard to follow up to see where I stood and up to date heard nothing.
I AM MUCH HAPPIER NOT WORKING VIA ANGARD AS since then I got some casual work, got some money and not stressed out just waiting around. I will never try again whilst ANGARD is the Royal Mail agency.

i have been waiting since november 28th when my security check cleared,wasted time and money going to interview in Canterbury and they have all my bank account details and copies of passport,birth cert and driving license ANDGARD ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME NO WONDER THE ROYAL MAILS IN s**t
