It's Angard's fault that they erroneously paid money to your account, and it's their responsibility to claim it back (which they will for sure). However it was not your money to spend so be prepared to pay it back (at some point).

that was a very unwise thing to do... Who the hell doesn't check their account to see whats going in and out?
Also regarding my matter. They sent me a letter and they still think they owe me £145! i've been told to send around £5 back via cheque, but i feel like pulling their legs as they have pulled mine. Let's see if they bother sending another letter... That money is still unspent 'just in case'
