Amazon are using a company called Yodel/ HDNL for deliveries. The customer service of these companies are terrible and have annoyed many, by leaving parcels out in the rain, lying about delivery times, damaging items and many other issues. Please sign this petition to let Amazon that we want them to change delivery company.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

They're a terrible company. Have phoned them a couple of times recently where they have just hung up before the phone is even answered.. Ignorant gits!

I don't blame Yodal i blame Amazon-
It's them that ended the contract with us (1st class) and gave it to TNT only to sack them because they were worse than appalling and give it to a small company like yodal/hdn/DHL or wotever they call themselves these days.....
If Amazon want it doin properly they should come running back to us beggin for us to do the 1st class again-"Simples"
I no staff that work at a very famous sports-shop and when we collect from them all we hear from the staff is about how bad Yodal are-it's not unusual for them to not even turn up for a few days to collect there parcels......
