well how can a card take 8 days to arrive posted well in time for christmas first class stamp what is going on with the mail :confused :confused

There could be any amount of reasons, insufficient postage, vague address, stuck in a collection bag, fallen into a machine, and those are just off the top of my (really quite fuzzy) head.

Posting eight days earlier next year is the sort of advice you probably wouldn't want to hear. :crazy: However, the great majority of cards I've delivereded the past week were postmarked only a day to three days earlier so there haven't been the bad dalays this year we all experienced last year, although as DGP explains there are many reasons why an individidual could unfortunately be delayed. :sad: I trust you experienced a satisfactory service with the remainder of your Christmas mail.
