Nope - no one who stayed got anything beyond the transformational lump sums this year, and even then some are still fighting for it despite having completed all the qualifying points.the disco devil wrote:i took EVR in april would i be entitled to any collegeshare money cause i got fu-k all
AFAIK the last payment for anyone leaving was Oct 2010.

The company's chief executive, Moya Greene, will say that Royal Mail's declining market share, and lower-than-expected savings from its modernisation programme, have left it in a worse-than-expected financial position. She will say that a valuation of the company undertaken using the framework of its employee share scheme has concluded that the equity is likely to be worthless.

I know exactly the mistake you made there ft, you should have rushed into the house told the master "Close your eyes darling", lead her outside and say "look what I've bought for you"...................how could she resist? The fact she didn't have a licence.............a mere technicality.fishtank wrote:I can't have...i don't have spending privileges.Pinky 1 wrote: FT, you sound as if you'd spent it before we had it
I lost them over the "went out for a paper...came back with a 1984 Capri 2.8i" incident.

Re: Colleague Share latest:21/11/2011
the union should be taking legal action against royal mail to make sure that they pay us back the £1,400 they STOLE from each member of staff. If they think that after bursting our arse to make profit for the last 5 years to get a payout FROM THE SHARES they can just shaft us then see them in COURT.

Re: Colleague Share latest:21/11/2011
The question is. Have the CWU inspected and had an independent audit of Royal Mails Accounts. If they have, why have we not been informed of the outcome. If the independent audit confirms that the phantom shares are genuinely valueless, then there is little that can be done. However if this is the case then CWU should be questioning the payment of bonuses to the Chief Executive and also to senior, middle and lower management grades.

Things have moved on Lincox.
An alternative to Colleagueshares is on it's way.
We are all friends together now.
It's all good in the hood as the youngsters say.
Haven't you noticed the number of Joint Statements popping up?
Moya and Dave are BFF(Best Friends Forever).
The fight is over..the war is won...it's time to move on.
Staff Association anyone?
