Latest today after RM's half yearly results announcement...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I take it if there's no money for Colleague Shares then there's also no money for bonuses :nana

With 1 millions pounds profit each day, we should get 25% of the company profit divided equally every year. :(

say 365 millions / 100,000 employee = 3,650 pounds / 4 = £912.50 each roughly. :cuppa

Yep, expecting bullying to increase by the same ratio of traffic increase. Or perhaps they will be so busy out delivering that they wont have time to bully.

Don't be selfish, they have used our colleague shares to promote WCM/flow and the big picture. This is all for your future!
How fecking thoughtful of them. The future is bright, the future is-----well slightly grey boardering on black?
Throw loads of money at crap as long as the posties don't get it!!!

It was probably the lack of change from the difference that upset the boss, not the car.
