Mini colleague share update

Post by POSTMAN »

On Colleagueshare, the company reaffirmed it is unlikely the scheme will ever return to a positive valuation. In response to the Union’s claim for alternative remuneration the company stated that they are prepared to look at new incentive arrangements and they committed to putting their ideas forward over the next few weeks. However, the Union left the company in no doubt that unless they are willing to put money on the table as a replacement for what was due from Colleagueshare, then this would inevitably damage the prospects of concluding Business Transformation.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

:left: here you go dear workers, for all your efforts you'll be rewarded with extra lapsing or a bit extra bullying from your DOM because we know you like it ever so much..

Hmm, anyway, they'll look at some ideas and then plead f***ing poverty, whilst dishing out money and bonuses to the laziest twats in RM, again...

Management bonuses for this financial year have already been set at 12.5 % of salary ( for the junior managers ).

Presumably more the higher up the food chain you go .

The first thing they need to do is pay out for the last lot they owe us and it should be backdated for all who were there at the time before they start introducing new plans. If they cant pay out what they now owe morally then they cannot be trusted to in the future.

Instead of posting about how useless the union is why don't you cancel your sub? If enough people cancel their sub to the union they might realise that people are actually pissed off at them. It's all well and good coming on a forum and posting about something but why don't you actually do something about it if it bothers you that much. And that goes to everyone else who says their union is useless. I found out with in the first couple of months and haven't paid a sub to them since.
