I got the number in the end. I do wonder if its tracked coming back to me ? Again been told difference things...

Thank you for all your help. Apart from One person at Royal Mail Customer services I found everyone to be very helpful and despite my error the person recieved thier package.


It seems with a helpful Royal Mail customer service agent, Advice on this forum and contacting the sorting office direct ment that the package wasn't returned to sender but was infact kept for the person concerned.

Hopefully people having the same problem can look at this forum topic.
