Used to be a buyer from tham many years ago, but then I saw their wonderful "customer service" (over six weeks to sort out a broken power supply bought new a week before) and consequently never touched them again with an extended barge pole...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Overclockers are terrible. They lie, blame the user, fail to honour genuine faults.

I used them once, never, ever, again.

popflop wrote:I recently bought an item of overclockers.co.uk shortly after I received the consignment number and checked it via the royal-mail track&trace service it said the item would arrive Saturday(it was a signed special delivery). Today(Saturday) I woke up and the postman arrived around his usual time 10.00am and he delivered the usual mail i would get but there was no sign of the parcel. After 10-20 minutes I checked the track&trace receive and seen that the item was delivered and signed at 10:46am. I have no idea who's signature it is as I cant recognize it.

This has never happened to me before and i have no idea on what i should do next. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks.
I can't see anyone signing for a special . if it's been signed for and you haven't got it then put in a claim, even though they say they will try again it isn't worht it with overclockers.co.uk. Someone on our row got suspended from deliveries and close to the sack for doorstepping a special, it's the worst crime
possible in our DO at least.

BTW I also do not rate overclockers.co.uk they used to be very good but have got worse over the past few years. the special delivery has nothing to do with this though so put in a claim as lost.
