I sent an item by Special Delivery on 14th Sept. 2011. It appeared on the tracking website very quickly after being posted. The following day, 15th Sept. the tracking stated that it had been delivered with EPOD. This information was still available to view on 16th Sept. However when I looked at website on 17th Sept it stated 'Come back later, information on your item not yet available'. This is the same to this day - 25th Sept. As this information is required for Ebay to provide me with refund it is giving me some difficulty as I leave to go on holiday tomorrow.
What can be the reason for this and will it eventually be remedied?
