untill a month ago we used to get 4 hours 10 mins for half a walk now just 3 hours includes 40 min meal relief people refused at first but managers throw it off to get some back into doing overtime because thy need the money

Most refuse still

i can't understand how thy arrive at the 3 hours though and no manager can explain it either

1/2 walk 3 Hours
-1h 45min Delivery
-40min meal relief
Leaves 35mins to clear in prep and get out to delivery IMPOSIBLE!

The norm seems to be 6hrs for a full walk!!
They seem to be taking 2hrs off for ips,our guys when they come in(mugs)come in 2hrs later than us,they still have to prep it.
If they (mugs)are already on duty it's still 6hrs.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Full Days pay in my office. You can chose either to come in and do the sorting and preping for your deliver then you get 8 hrs if nt you get 6 hrs.

Usually it's 3 hours for half a walk. But that's subject to how desperate the managers are to get rid of the walk. I've heard of some people getting over 10 hours for a whole walk on a Saturday

in our office 8 hours for a full walk and 4 for half.
streamed 1/2 walks can vary depending on how desperate they are.ive had 4 hours before but its usually less.
they did try and cut it before but theres little enough guys who do OT so they had to pay up
