Hi to all i just wondered if someone can help me i sold a phone on ebay fo £190 and sent special on wednesday. I just got an email fri eve saying he had a card saying left at no 7 and he's no 11 and the people at no 7 said nothing had been left. I just spoke to him and he thinks the card may not be for our parcel. Like an idiot i can not find my recipt. I know the rough time i went to the post office, just wondered if any one had any ideas

If you sent the special from a post office they may have some way of recording which special delivery items are sent from their premises, might be worth asking them?
Failing that you should give customer services a ring 0845 7 740 740 and they'll be better able to tell you what can be done than me.

It's possible the local delivery office can track back to find out the special delivery items they had that day for that particular walk your customer lives on but you'll have to give customer services the information and they'll start the ball rolling for you.

possible but gods knows where the data will be
the dun (?) notes show all the SDs for each day and should be sent off from the DO every day

How can a special be left at another address, the only case I know of is power of attorney on an redirection card so they are the delivery point.

I guess redirections as well but that's normaly not the same name, one lady at number 7 would go to the phone shop and end up with an iPhone and HTC Desire being
sent to her house every week, she had dementia and would just go in and order stuff then the legal guardian type person would get them cancelled.

Have you tried at No 9? Maybe the posty just made a mistake, and thought your neighbour was 7 instead of 9.
