The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Thanks, potentially useful for putting straight the agressive traffic wardens around here.
There can be other local exemptions too, such as a typical 'Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places Order' under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and Traffic Management Act 2004, which can give an 'Exception' 'for vehicles being used for the provision of a universal postal service by a universal service provider'.

The Customers are buggered if they live in a residents parking area and the park and loop van can't go anywhere near, they will have to go to the Delivery Offices to pick their mail up.

this is a great piece, however is there any guidance on a maximum distance we are expected to park from a collection point? what is reasonable in regards to keeping the mail secure and integrity?
