Can't really say what it involves, as that would be interpreted by some as cheating, however, it is an assessment day initially, not an interview. The contents of which, I can only describe as a test of the individuals ability to see things in a certain way. If your swanning in there, thinking its a standard royal mail aptitude test, then you're in for a shock. There are are no answers that I could give in any case. All I will say is, that if you arnt able to do the test, you would probably be hopeless in the role advertised. I'm guessing, that is the intended purpose of said psychic test.
I was with Roy mail for 20 yrs, and must admit, I've only seen this level of assessment applicable to ML3,s and above...so good luck.
