-They are just the hired hands appointed by Stephen Byers of the Dept of Trade & Industry . The other villain was Patricia Hewitt or Nurse Ratchett as she was known as with the NHS -Postal Services Act -The CWU always wanted more commercial freedom for RM ; but not in this rigged market way . Biggest Monster is Postcon the Regulator , plenty of failed free market Tories in that organization. Typical New Lie-bour -all these contradictory things and mixed messages being sent out .
